Cancellation Policy:

Poultry orders booked through online can be cancelled either partially or fully within 24 hours of the order time. The customer will bear 10% of the order cost OR Rs.100/- whichever is higher as processing charges. No cancellation will be accepted after the expiry of 24 hours of the order and in such cases no refund will be made.

Refund Policy:

The amount debited towards cancelled orders will be credited back to the same account that was used to book the order. The refund process will start only after the amount has been realized at our end. This may vary from card to card and bank to bank. Customers who have not received their refund amount after the expiry of 1 month from the date of cancellation, may write to us with details such as Order No. Amount Debited, Cancellation details and Amount due.

Return Policy:

Returns are not accepted as a matter of policy. However, you may return the order and claim full refund in the following circumstances:

1. Undue delay in delivery vis-a-vis the delivery date promised.
2. Delivery of products different from the one ordered.
3. Short delivery of products
4. Products received in condition unfit for human consumption.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed at our end to meet the exact requirements of the customer. The items are sent by our own/partner delivery vans so as to reach within the assured delivery times. Brittle items such as Eggs are neatly packed to minimize damage due to rough handling. At Poultry Star, our focus is on providing poultry services to the highest level of customer satisfaction.
